Free Trial
A free preview or trial may be offered before committing to a course. This allows you to explore our teaching style and course structure before enrolling. Your permissions and functionality will be limited so that learning is not disrupted for other students.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your course enrolment for a 50% refund if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the course start date.
Refund Requests:
To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at hello@astudiolearning.com with your full name, course details, and proof of purchase.
No Refund After Cut-off:

Refund requests received less than 14 working days before the course begins, or after the course has started, will not be eligible for any refund.
Payment Processing

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that Stripe processing times may vary, and it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Charges

At this time, we do not charge separate non-refundable fees. However, any third-party processing fees (e.g., Stripe) incurred during the transaction may not be refunded in full, depending on the provider's policy.
Course Access
